Eighteen years? That is even longer than the wait for Mother Three to be released in the US. I wonder if there is still fans for this series?

And I thought Nausicaa fans had it bad during the original run. My best to anyone who followed this series. But as far as Izubuchi goes... DANG! That's one heck of a resume! He designed the mecha for my favorite Gundam show (Wing).

I hope Izubuchi's return to Rune Masquer means that it'll eventually be animated (with him as dir.).

I'd really love to read Rune Masquer, the designs I've seen from it look great, like scaled-up suits of armour (think Dunbine but without the organic aspect). Hopefully this resurgence prompts a translation effort, official or not. |
