Sounds like it could be funny and interesting, but I'm surprised by the distant start date. However, I really like the names behind it, such as Venus War's Sasamoto, Nadesico's Sato (though I didn't like his Shingu series), and especially Akiman (ANN: wouldn't it also be appropriate to note him by his real name of Akira Yasuda, as he also designed the characters in Turn A Gundam and a number of Capcom games, as mentioned in his profile here?). It's been over a decade since he's done major character work for an anime, so it'll be a real treat to see what he does with this series and how they are rendered under the crisp artistry at Satelight. Starchild should be able to put together a very nice soundtrack, as well.
