8 million? WOW! Are those 'unique' hits or individual episode views?
I'm not sure how the ad structure is for Funi. I don't know if they get ad rev for each video viewed or by unique visit. Hopefully some of that 8 mil translates to DVD/Blu-ray sales. More cash should equal more new series and rescues. |

Not shocking Funimation has dived head first into streaming constantly releasing anime, every friday. Compare that with Bandai Visual that released Gundam episodes on youtube and then made them harder than hell to find.

Just imagine if 1/10 of those viewers bought even a single DVD. Funi continues to shine in the storm that is the US R1 market. Hopefully this keeps up and drives up sales, even just a little.
