That's great! Something like this has been needed in the Houston area for quite some time! You've got anime fans out there that are also comic book and/or sci-fi fans. It's shaping up to be quite the convention without the expense and crowds of San Diego Comic-Con and Dragon-Con.

I'm curious, is Comicpalooza friendly to more mature fans? Since I live in the Fort Worth area it would be easy for me to go, but I've been reluctant to attend anime/comic cons because of the age thing. I've been 29 for several years now and I've heard that if you're out of your teens or early twenties you're just going to be considered a perv. Which isn't really my thing.
