I don't know how blunt I should be about this, but I grapple with mental health problems. This is certainly a huge step ahead from the sort of 'People Like Me' literature that so many psychiatric offices actually do use to explain Psychosomatic Medicine to patients.

I would have been much happier getting the manga Laughing
