I'm gonna be PO'd if it's nowhere near me. I can handle an hour drive, just don't make it longer than that.

Well, unless you live in one of the major cities, then plan on traveling, as this will likely be in select theaters.

I hope Canada gets lucky once again and gets a smattering of theater screenings. I don't know if it's the same company that handled the 1.0 screening, though.

I live in the city beside Toronto, but we actually got a screening at the major mall there - a a 5-10 minute drive from my house. At the very least, I hope there's a Toronto screening, as well as some of the other major Canadian cities.

Sweet. I wish it was early Feb, that way I could go see it for my birthday.

Regardless, it's Eva 2.0!!! I love that movie!!!

Seeing as how there's still no cast announcement, I'm assuming that this'll be subbed?

They've already started dubbing, if they haven't already finished, so I think it'll be dubbed in time.

Meh, I live in the 4th largest city in the US and we didn't get any theaters showing Summer Wars, so even then it's not a given.

Though, I do have more confidence in getting 2.0, since we got two showings of 1.0 here last year.

I recently declined the opportunity to watch this. Aside the fact I have yet to watch 1.11, I'm not quite ready to see something so spectacular as this within a public place.

I hope they're able to get Eva 2.0 shown in theaters all across Canada, like FUNi was able to do for 1.0.

And when I say "all across Canada," I mean that Funimation was able to strike a deal with the Famous Players movie chain. Even my not-so-big town was able to show it. I probably would not have bought the DVD had I not seen how great the movie was in the first place, via my local movie theater.

Oh snap! That... may make the process of making a pilgrimage to see it somewhat difficult if it's not near me.
