:/

There have been already 2 LA dramas in Japan. Of course Korea needs one too.

IDK, all the anime/manga Korean dramas I've seen use Korean pop-stars like in Hana Yori Dango. Which is really awkward because 30-something year olds don't pass for high schoolers.

While I've seen (and rather liked) the Japanese drama, I'm not sure I'm up for watching the same story done again (and, since it's Korean, told across 16 episodes compared to the Japanese 10 & SP). Although it might be worth it if they get the romance right this time-- I loved the goofiness & manic energy of the previous one but felt the main couple had zero chemistry.

I wonder why? It's not as if it's breaking news-- I'd heard about this last year. Did they just announce the cast or something?

YES! For some reason i am most satisfied with the Korean adaptions. Especially for Boys Before Flowers, i liked the k-drama the most. Whoo! And woah SM Entertainment is producing it, hmm i have a feeling this might be an idol laden drama (Super Junior, SNSD, and a whole bunch of others in the company. They do have great actors in the company (ex. Lee Yeon Hee) I just hope the main characters are actually good actors, not just casted for popularity.

I got excited for a moment and then I read what this video's poster wrote: "[T]his being SM i know there will be at least one SM idol in it, so i picked an ideal cast out of all SM idols." Oh man, and I was seriously getting excited about seeing SuJu's Heechul as Oscar! Anime smallmouth + sweatdrop
