#1 is usually uncompetable, in this case, #1(さよなら傷だらけの日々よ) by Ｂ’ｚ at 130195, it outsold both her singles combined

and scarlet knight (55,000) is Op of Dog Days, if you compare that with K-on Op, Utauyo Miracle! (85000) and ED, No thank you! (87000)
both still by far outsold her singles, and K-on Singles is 40% more expensive at 1260yens vs. 777yens.
but, by the information of this article, it may be misleading.

but the power of anime is quite strong, Aki Toyosaki's singles as Hirasawa Yui in K-on!! image song sold (27000) copies while her own singles 春風 SHUN PU as herself sold (12000) copies

lastly, it's "Ho-kago Tea Time" not "Ho-kago no Tea Time"
