This isn't the only anime with "censoring" due to the quake. Other series depicting violence have also been edited due to their suggestive nature. I noticed this when they did it to Beelzebub.

it always amused be how propaganda of all kinds of violence in various media are "all right" in *normal* times, and depiction of healthy legal life-conceiving sexual relationships, when no one provoked to do any harm to each other, and no bad examples of behaviour are shown, are bad at the same time...
hypocrisy every way possible due to false, upside-down, perverted morals of our society... they have to ban violence at all times, earthquake or not, or those temporary self-restrains are farce... some consistency is required... |
