Also worth mentioning is the original UK dub for GitS Innocence from around the same time as Millennium Actress which, like Space Show, was recorded in the US while the US discs at the time were sub-only.

ALRIGHT! As mixed in its reception as it was, I loved seeing this movie at Otakon, and it was just as good as I've expected it to be from the guys that brought us ROD and Kamichu. It's nice that it's getting a dub, because that way I can show it to other people, but I'm happy that it's coming out on DVD at all. Here's hoping America's release won't be too far after the UK's release!

Well Dreamworks isn't involved with licensing anime anymore (thank goodness) so if any R1 company or Aniplex themselves try to release it here, it would be stupid of them not to use that dub for the US release.

And the recent dub for Musashi: The Dream of the Last Samurai. Which I haven't seen yet, so I have no idea were it was recorded.

Musashi was recorded in London. I've not seen it either, but I understand it is more like a documentary than anything and the audio is all/mostly narration which is what made it feasible in this case.
