I just have one question. How many people have to be arrested for uploading files via share program or whatever before it occurs to people that this isn't a good idea and you will get arrested?

Either they never heard news stories on other cases, or they have the mentally of "people do it all the time. Surely I won't ever be the one getting caught!"

To see file sharing placed as though it were more damaging than child pornography makes this the most disturbing delivery of a news story I've ever seen on ANN.

If he had been arrested solely for distribution of child pornography, however, the story would never have appeared at ANN.
How would you have phrased the report?
