Hopefully the other studios will have the intelligence to stick to 2D. I would hate for 3D to become the rule and not the exception.

Legally? Low, given Funi has had little to say about acquiring the One Piece movies.
Illegally? Quite high

I've actually seen a few quotes from FUNi people about wanting to release the movies at some point; I'm really hoping they can at least get Strong World out, since that's easily the best of them. It'd make sense for FUNi to license them, given that they've continuously released other movie tie-ins to their shounen properties.
