Mireesu Aroi? Really guys, you couldn't bother to check your own encyclopedia entry for the proper spelling for some of the names? Pathetic.

I have to say, it's hilarious watching AGE be the worst selling (on home video) Gundam series at the same time that Unicorn is pushing 150k copies with every release.

But I suppose as long as the model kits sell well, it's all good for Bandai/Sunrise.

Agreed always good to see new ideas but maybe they should have waited till Unicorn is near completion they piratically killed themselves. Unicorn or AGE, i know which one I'd buy first

Gundam doesn't need to try something new. Unicorn is the exact same old Gundam and people apparently love it (as do I). Now if Sunrise had the brainpower to take the hint. More polished Gundam is what we need.

I am absolutely relieved at how poorly AGE is doing. When it was first announced my biggest fear was the possibility that, god knows how, it became one of the better selling Gundam series. That would have been absolutely disastrous for the future of Gundam. AGE makes [expletive] SEED Destiny look like Neon Genesis Evangelion.

This outcome pleases me though. The worse AGE sells, the better off Gundam is. I've never been more infuriated at a company than I am with Level-5.

But trying something new every now and then is not really that bad of a thing . I still need to get caught up on Gundam AGE myself, but I never understood the all the hate something new being tried in a franchise.

I'm having trouble believing some people criticizing Gundam AGE are actually watching it because they speak as if the rumors before it came out were true when they all turned out to be false. So far, it hasn't done anything out of the ordinary for a Gundam series.

- It's about war
- It is more real robot than even Gundam 00
- It's not comedic, in fact there hasn't even been one face fault yet
- It's as dark as previous series, a kid's show even in Japan would not have frequent character deaths

It hasn't done anything new besides introducing the AGE system which by comparison to Veda where human consciousness can transfer into a machine, is a lot more plausible....which a lot of Gundam fans seem to like.

There are a lot of Gundam fans who get pissed off if it isn't the exact same two armies (Federation vs Zeon) fighting each other every time.

Let's hope generation 2 isn't as tedious as generation 1.

Also, I've noticed that Gundam Age hasn't been released on home video yet, so I don't where these people are getting their "facts".
