True enough, which made my eyes roll, but with such a strong team behind it I can't help but hope for some juuuust a little bit above the norm. The characters look really cute, so if nothing else I think I'll give this one a try for the heck of it. It's funny that the first thought I had upon seeing the promo was, "their uniform looks like Kagome's!" 
Since no summary's been provided yet there's not a lot to tell what genre(s) this anime will go with, so there's also that as a hope spot for me. Don't get me wrong: I enjoy slice-of-life shows every now and then (K-On! and Wandering Son were delightful in their own right), but there seems to be such a glut these last few years I've gotten sick of the over-saturation somethin' fast. With any luck, Natsuiro Kiseki will fall into the former, not the latter. *crosses fingers* |

Eh, the staff is interesting but at this point I don't think it'll be much more than an advertisement for Sphere. Its already confirmed they'll have insert songs (like A-Channel), and 3/4 of that promo video was the band members talking. I doubt they'll turn it into anything too serious.
