A "night-drive" mode where users can invite the character on a late-night drive has also been added.

Sounds like a great date.

This seems like something that's far more distracting than texting.

It's not like I wanted to show you where to go... We just happen to be going to the same place!

Oh, that's too funny. Laughing

Normally, I don't care for such devices, but that would be too funny to have that kind of talkback. Not to mention, the reaction you would get from your non-anime aware passengers.

A LovePlus type sat nav. One that could direct you to either an icecream shop, or hot springs resort without prompting. What a wonderful nation Japan is. Lonely, but wonderful. Laughing

The way this is disguised, the police can't arrest you for possession of a radar detector (for the places where they are illegal) Rolling Eyes

I don't think the intent is to export this device, and radar detectors are completely legal in all parts of Japan.

I need a radar detector for my second car though, I'd be tempted to buy this just for the novelty factor.

And Japan's birth rate continues to plummet.

I'd still buy one anyway

"Hey! Look! Listen!" are the only three drivers need.

Otherwise, it's going to be more like:
"Master, you will need to turn left in 20 seconds. Master! MASTER! Put down the damn tissue and turn left before you kill someone!"

I don't own a GPS, nor do I have any plans to buy one.

And yet, I could buy this one, if only for its novelty.
