...I am officially the one person who hasn't ever seen Utena (I'm always hesitant to watch something that has pretty dated animation).

That would be Anthy, the Rose Bride. Though she is drawn more like her manga counterpart, which makes sense because the manga artist drew it.

Oooooooh. Her not having purple hair and her face looking very different than the anime threw me off. Anthy was the only one I thought it could be, but she looked so different I thought it had to be someone else. She does look similar to the way she looked in the movie tho. Thanks!
