Is it just me or did they censor the blood when Itachi pokes Sasuke?

Sasuke was already bloody from the battle when that happened.

I meant the blood on Itachi and i looked up an image from the anime.
I found out that they did indeed censor the blood, however the scene wasn't that bloody to begin with.
