Looks bad but if Shoji Kawamori is attached to this then Ill watch it.

I kind of worry that the cast of this is too large for any of the characters to be fully developed or for their stories to have time to go anywhere, but it looks so cute and fun! I bet that the AKB48 ties will make it a licensing nightmare, but I'd like to see it someday.

This is a pretty big budget production. Hopefully it turns out good.
