We're getting One Piece: Pirate Warrior so I guess if that does well there's always a possibility this can come here as well. Plus, it takes place all in East Blue it seems which America has already gone through so it isn't impossible.

The manga in the US has been in the Fishman Island Arc since May 2012, but Weekly Shonen Jump Alpha is only 2 weeks behind Japan, so we could get any game and it would be fine.

From what i hear this isn't even based on the main story, its based on some side manga oda did before he made one piece.
