Based on this article, they certainly are staying very true to the manga. I wonder if Wyald will be in the third film and anxious to see how far this movie goes into the manga. It clearly shows the stand-off between Zodd and Skill Knight at the entrance into the void of the ceremony, but I wonder what the last shot will be.

spoiler[Perhaps when the moon shatters, skull knight picks up Guts and Caska and leaves the eclipse ceremony? ]

Regardless, very pumped for new berserk anime, already pre-ordered the first movie on Blu-Ray and cannot wait to own the other two as well.[/spoiler]
