Yay! More news reminding me that the next round of Chihayafuru is coming soon (although the anticipation still makes January feel like a very long ways off ;_; ). Luna/Queen Beryl's daughter is a club member! ^^
I loved the first series enough to import the BDs, and might even double-dip for a US release, depending on the company that grabs it. Hurry up, January, but it's going to hurt if it doesn't stream on CR. |

Definitely will be my top interest for winter season. It has been confirmed that Morio Asaka will be back in the director's chair hasn't it? I can't see anybody else working the magic that he does.

That said, was it ever confirmed whether Chihayafuru with be 1 cours or 2 cours like season 1 was? |

I can't emphasize enough how excited I am for this second season. This series absolutely stole my heart. It's a phenomenal character-driven story, has lovely music, a loveable cast, and heart-pounding action scenes featuring a poem card game. That, my friends, is skill.
I want to own this whole thing on DVD/BD so bad. I realize a dub may be ill-fit for this anime but regardless I will snatch up a box set in a friggin' HEARTBEAT.
