WHOO!!

I adore the hell out of Season 2! Aside from the epilogue, it's an amazing season.

If this is successful enough to get Tamers released Stateside as well, I'm gonna hug someone!

Woohoo! They did want more of my money! And that just makes me so damn happy!

I was never a big fan of Tamers, but I have nostalgia through Frontier, so I'd still buy Tamers and Frontier, even if I thought they never lived up to the Adventure seasons. But who knows, I'm older now, after all. Though Geri thing...that will still be creepy. Still, if they want more money from me, they know how to get it.

I only liked about half of Adventure 02 (The Digimon Emperor half) but I'm still going to go ahead and buy this. Partially to aid in the possibility of Tamers being released.

No sub? No buy. Amazing there's companies that think that's acceptable in this day and age. >_>

Digimon is sadly one of those shows where there was only an edited dub, so they can't really throw the uncut sub on the same disc very easily. I'm hoping that if these dub sets do well enough, they'll eventually consider doing sub-only Digimon sets as well. That and I do still like the dub.

That aside, YEEESSSS. Thank you New Video for allowing me to give you my wallet yet again. Razz I actually really love Adventure 02 as well, other than that horrible epilogue, and Davis is probably my favorite Goggle Boy. Can't wait to nab this!

I'm thankful the release date is a bit off though, I can't afford it just yet, especially if I can't find another deal for it like I did for the first one.

I'm glad that apparently the first season did well enough for them to want to release 02, but I still can't bring myself to actually buy it... I HAVE the dubbed version of the first four seasons already! Sure they're on VHS tapes and not actually in order, but having seen the quality of Digimon DVDs, I'm not convinced that a dub only season release is worth $80 (for me, anyway). Hopefully, for those who are buying, the quality of the episodes is better than that of the first 13 episode DVD set I have (which I admittedly thought was a bootleg at first! o_O).

I'm glad for those who are buying them, and it's always good to hear that Digimon is still selling, but I can only hope that this leads to a subtitled version someday. :( I'd love to own Digimon on DVD, especially Adventure and Frontier!

It actually seems to be selling pretty well, it's currently the 7th best selling anime on Amazon [I want to say it's been bouncing around a little higher too so I could be wrong.] So clearly people aren't that bothered.

Glad to see the next volume out so soon, especially compared to Data Squad's crappy 13 episodes a year release strategy.

This one is officially subtitled (on Crunchyroll) so I really hoped it would be a dual-audio release. But it's English only....

This is good for those interested in the dub.

Still, it'd be nice to eventually get a sub dvd release of the series. Especially considering Toei subtitled the series for online distribution, along with Tamers and Xros Wars, so I'd have to hope eventually they'll look into it.

There's way too much cut out of each episode for a Japanese audio/sub track to match up with the new edited animation.

I doubt you'll ever see this stuff uncut. Companies would rather aim at the 'nostalgia crowd' rather than the 'anime fan crowd'. Outside rare instances like Kodansha's Sailor Moon re-release.

Have you actually seen those subs? They are atrocious.

If it takes these sets to sell like hot cakes to replace those godawful subs, then that's fine by me.

No Subs. Sad I'm still glad the first set did well enough to make a second. Season 2 is one of my favorite Animes and If they made a set with subs and unedited, I'd gladly pay $100 or more.

Oh yes! I love New Video.

Now if they can just release Tamers, I'll worship them!

I grew up with the Digimon dub, so I'm EXTREMELY pleased it's finally being released on DVD! I'm definitely going to try to buy this ASAP.

Um, I don't think this is the first time it's been on DVD in North America.

...or maybe it is. There's a DVD set on Amazon but it might be a bootleg.
