It'll probably be Kix! Manga should consider sponsoring or so to push DVD sales of DBZ.

My little brother will probably explode when he finds out about this.

I'm curious about the new levels of censorship we will get, hope we get the original Kikuchi music from the get go and to see the Ocean Z Kai thing reach a conclusion. Either confirm Ocean's second... third shot (inclusive of movies where they were pretty good), or properly confirm that Ocean is irrelevant to DBZ even outside of the States and Canada... >_>

So will it be a repeat of what Cartoonnetwork did by showing an episode a day then on the 53rd re-running the show till they can get more and then every so often show the whole thing in one weekend?

Given the Manga Entertainment DVD release of DBZ is mentioned in the Toei statement, i'd imagine it'd be the funimation dub.

I don't get why people are so hopeful there is an Ocean dub. Yeah it's ok, but at the end of the day, from my perspective anyway, the fact it is going to be shown on UK TV period is what's most important here. The only way there'll potentially be more series (or more recent anime content in general for that matter, being) given the chance on UK TV will be based on how well DBZ-Kai does. People are always moaning about there being no new anime on TV over here, now it's time to put up or shut up when it comes to supporting that line of thinking. Hopefully they will, I certainly will be.

I think people like it when it's the Ocean dub in the UK to some degree from a sense of nostalgia for the old Cartoon Network UK days.
