I'm kinda curious if this is based on the manga. There was a chapter in the manga during the Grand Magic Games that they went to the pool for a break on a rest day following Sting and Rogue's defeat.
The appearance of that Raven Tail character was also in the manga, that led me to think that its an adaptation rather than an original OVA. Doesn't matter either way, but just interested to know. |

Funimation needs to get back on the ball with Fairy Tail releases. Last boxset was in Mar 20 2012.

It's sad really, even the mangaka himself has to admit that what's left for his work is just the fanservices, "sexier than the tv series" wtf?

The point of the series to begin with was a battle shonen full of hot characters. Fanservice goes hand in hand with that premise. |

I remember the first half of Rave Master did not have too much fanservice mainly because there weren't so many female characters. In the last volumes the fanservice started increasing but it never got to Fairy Tail's level. I wonder if Mashima ever redoes Rave would he add like five new female characters?
