Huh, that's cool. I'd been thinking about picking this up recently, since I'd been more curious about Umanosuke Iida's work lately (thanks to Devilman). Guess I'll be waiting for this version.

It's a shame this ends on a somewhat nasty cliffhanger and won't be finished ever, but it looks cool and I might get it.

Holy unexpected license announcement, Batman! I've been wanting to check this out for quite some time. I'm not super excited about paying for something that is (and will always be) unfinished, but in this case I think I'll bit the bullet.

Looks like a cool pickup. 8)

Still hoping the Toei license is the '79 Cyborg 009.The 60s show and movie would be cool too, as would the 80s film.

It's a shame this never got a continuation --- I remember it being the beginning of what could be a very nice bit of classic SF series.

Good on you, Discotek. I think it's definitely worth adding to any science fiction fan's collection (and will be adding it to mine).

For a while there I was considering picking up the VHS for Mighty Space Miners, but good ol' Discotek has brought it back for another go on the market. Very Happy

Awesome- I've ben eyeing the VHS of this for awhile. Mostly because I learned it was where this old thing I watched as a kid came from.

I'm thinking the real show aged better... Wink

May have to pick this up! Dunno how I missed this when it was released on VHS in the 90's. Looks like something I woulda liked as a kid. If Discotek includes the sub & dub, consider this bought. :3

I don't really know why. As the first couple episodes of a show or longer OVA this would be a solid show. But that's rendered pretty moot due to the total lack of resolution. There's just not a lot of reason to watch this as is in my opinion.

Cockpit would be cool.

I really hope they eventually pick up Goku Midnight Eye and Wild 7 to satisfy my occassional dubious taste urge.

I never seen this title before but it does sound interesting if it's directed by the same guy who did storyboards for Hellsing, The Big O, & Cowboy Bebop. If Discotek is interested in other OVAs to license, then I suggest Gunsmith Cats cause the DVDs for those are very scarce to come by and are charged at a high price on various online shops. That or the Return of Pycal Lupin III OVA since it's longer than the "Gang's All Here" OVA.
