it's sad how you rarely see hunter x hunter in the top 10, let's hope this arc is gonna change that Smile

The series had a 7ish week run in the top 10 not so long back but has been absent in recent weeks.

I have not been a fan of this arc - from reading ahead in the manga - and I'm hoping Togashi centres the next arc around the Phantom Troupe or something less "DBZ".

I thought this arc was different but amazing at the same time, i mean so much stuff happened in this arc, i think you didn't like it because of the art it was really bad in the manga and that do kinda throws you off about everything but don't worry the anime is gonna do it justice, because anime only viewers have been loving this arc so far and you should know that the phantom troup is gonna make a pretty epic appearance in this arc right?, by the way the next arc is probably gonna be the "new world", it has been kinda foreshadowed in the election arc.

I personally didn't mind the art, yes it wasn't as polished as normal but my interpretation is that this arc is more "gritty" than the previous.

spoiler[The thorp does make an appearance when Meteor City is invaded by a few]. Well to volume 26 that's all they have done.

I think I feel this way because I feel nothing for the new characters they have introduced on the human side, they have been developed fairly well but I feel they are missing something that characters like biscuit and Hosoka have.

i respect your opinion even tho i don't really agree with you, i thought knuckle was a pretty well done character as well as the smoke guy and if you think about it only 5 new human characters were introduce, you can't make everyone a "biscuit" or a "hisoka".
