Correction: It's the 6th volume of Genshiken: Second Season, and 15th of Genshiken overall.

Since only characters from the first generation cast are listed, I'm guessing this OVA will cover part of the period between where the previous anime season ended and the introduction of the second generation characters.

Oh please let it cover the gap between the end of Genshiken 2 and before the start Genshiken The Second Season!!!
(we NEED to see all the lose ends resolved that were never wrapped up at the end of the Genshiken 2 anime!)
