He is definitely a Clamp character. Those are the longest limbs I've ever seen.

The faces look pretty... Off. Confused

And I do recommend watching Code Geass. I would give it around an 8/10 overall. It does get both more crap and more hype than it deserves.

Some of the poses are pretty cool, but I see what he means with the inflexibility of the cape. Good review.
