damn, look at all that plot. didn't really need anymore motivation to watch this, but that was greatly appreciated. some cool fight scenes would be nice too

anyone catch that they called the dvd release "VOLUME 1"
i wonder if july-sept is 12 episodes of Volume 1, and a Possible Volume 2 is coming after that for the winter with even more episodes?, or if they are splitting those 12 episdoes into a 6 episode set... |

DxD is popular enough that I can foresee at least a third season even before 2 airs. But like someone else said it probably just refers to the first two episodes. |

This show doesn't only have **** but %%%% and ^^^^ as well. All the bases are covered. Let us thank otakus for this one, 'k? Each episode will have about three minutes of {let's just say it} cut nudity? Alright, beats outright censoring/nipple teasing. |

I don't know if there will be an uncensored broadcast on AT-X but giving this fact, I would much rather wait to watch the BDs.
I assume the **** means "nice" or "good" or "hawt"

I know I've said this before, but I once tried watching this show through.
After the 3rd episode, you stop noticing all the boobs and butts. It's like you've been so desensitized that you just stop caring at all. |

maybe you did, but I certainly didn't. Boobs and butts are the reason I started watching that show in the first place. Finding out it had a plot came later |

I agree with Chagen in desensitization in so far as boring and over done ecchi or designs. That's why I need more Qwaser and Manyuu Hikenchou, and thankfully Maken-Ki is coming back in the Winter. Not soon enough, Kaneko should have a series or new OVA every quarter.
Luckily for DxD, I find its sexual bits to be more interesting than say, Dakara Boku wa, H ga Dekinai or Hagure Yuusha. |
