I wanted to be among the screaming fangirls but alas, I couldn't get tickets to the event. Went to the Shirokuma Cafe event instead.

This has made me a million times more excited! I've been reading the manga so I already know all the things that will happen but I'm looking forward to seeing it all animated. I don't think I can wait. I hope October arrives quickly!
I quite like the music in the promo video too. Do you think it is the new opening or ending?

FYI the ep 22.5 OVA included in season 1 featured the two guys shown in the ending of season 1, Akashi Seijuurou (the short Shogi playing redhead) and how spoiler[he was the guy who first recognized Kuroko's talents] and a bit of Murasakibara Atsushi (the tall purple haired guy)
They sure know their audience

this is mostly popular with females. the genre of this manga is Sports , Comedy-drama. Weekly Shōnen Jump are not just for male. They have manga to just target female. There was an interview in for Weekly Shonen Jump alpha in ANN, they said female and male are about 50/50 ratio. |

Yesterday was the KuroBas Cup event and the trailer was showed there. There was also a live (paid) streaming of the event and I assume this was recorded from there. |

I didn't enjoy Murasakibara and some of the others so much as the "classic" characters, but the manga has been a good ride and seeing it in motion will really be a treat.
According to GokuMew2, this was an announcement at some sort of event. |

It figures spoiler[the Zone] would make Aomine look even more hilariously evil than he usually does. I can't wait to watch his match in the new season.
