What you said about Julius is exactly how I feel. I find him to be the best fit with Alice because their relationship is actually healthy compared to the others.

I have to admit that the cover didn't give me high hopes for the artwork, but I was surprised.

Who goes to an Alice story for sanity? Insanity is kind of the point.

As for your comments on past male love interests, well, it's not surprising why that predatory nature would be appealing:

I like the Alice franchise for its worldbuilding. I find it kind of ridiculous that you seem to have an issue that I prefer Julius.
