I wish this game was ported to PS4 or added to Gaikai. So I can play this game on my PS4. I don't care if the game is in Japanese only, I would still get the game.

I do not see the hollow Ichigo but I do see clearly a bijuu mode Naruto behind sasuke who is fighting Super Saiyan Goku which the article forgot to mention.

Was hoping Namco would stick to 1 character per series for J-Stars Victory Vs but that's been dashed
 Although... ZEBRA! Still waiting for JoJo (whichever gen I ain't bothered), Medaka Kurokami, Koro-sensei, Tsuna, Yugi Muto and Yoh to be announced.
Hope they ain't sticking to purely WSJ series though. There are other Jump magazines. |

Vegeta is in his wrong costume. It should be the strapless top.
Yusuke only used that form once. It should be his controlled tattoo of the Mazoku instead. He's also not in his latest costume. But it seems this game is ignoring in favor of each anime's most memorable moments |

...Ok, I will admit, the idea of Goku giving Sasuke a beat down sounds pretty damn sweet.
But still, I WANT OGA TATSUMI AND BEEL AS A PLAYABLE CHARACTER! and while we're on the topic of side characters can we include Killua too? |

I'm actually fairly disappointed that we're getting two characters out of some shows now, since it likely means an overall smaller number of series being represented. Ah well. Now that they've revealed these series are having double characters, it'd be nice if some of the other series got a secondary character added too. I'd rather have Sensui for YYH's 'rival/villain/whatever', but I'm betting it'll be Toguro.

I'm okay with this, but as soon as they say "Oh, did we mention Sakura, Kakashi, Piccolo, Krillin, Rukia, Orihime, Aizen, Zoro, Usopp, Nami, Chopper, etc. etc. is in?!" I'm forgetting this game.

I'm not about to defend Vegeta, since he's arguably one of the biggest not-so-nice-people in anime, that a lot just gets brushed under the rug once he becomes a good guy...but Sasuke is arguably an even bigger asshole than he is, so...yeah.

I suppose I feared this, insofar as asking people to vote for their favourite characters would probably see more popular series weigh in more frequently. I want to maintain hope that less popular series will get at least some representation in having a proper playable character--like JUS--but I am concerned.
I would be quite happy to see proportional representation insofar as the most popular series should possess more playable characters, but I would countervail that with the prerequisite that a very large panoply of Jump series be afforded at least one character, even less popular and older ones like Hoshin Engi and Shaman King. I wouldn't ask any fairer than that. I would be very relieved to see Kinnukman, Yoh, Taikobo, Seiya, and Yugi, because beyond those guys there aren't many more series for which I would clamour for playable characters (although I would very much like to see Allen, Bobobo, Jotaro, etc.) On the other hand, I'd be very optimistic if I saw Kenshiro and Ryo Saeba at this early stage, because that would give me the impression that the developer was jumping through all the hoops to get an impressive range in--even when those hoops are difficult. |

the best thing about sasuke, vegeta, and zebra getting in, is we might see killua in this - since he's way more likely to people's choice for the protagonist they wanna see from hunter x hunter..

Maybe they'll go the "Dissidia" route and make it one good guy and one bad guy from a respective series.
