Is or will the manga March comes in like a lion (Sangatsu no lion) be licensed?

I think I figured out why Shingeki 11 has been going up and down so wildly.

Stock shortage. Right now Amazon has Shingeki 11 (regular version) labeled with "Usually ships within 2 to 4 weeks."

HMV has stock issues as well.

Because Shingeki 11 stock shortage seems more likely, I'm now dubious about its announced 1.85 million first print run referring to just regular editions. Perhaps the 1.85 million is both regular and special editions.

I expect all 11 volumes to rank for at least one more week. After that, I doubt we'll see all Shingeki volumes on the chart again though even if they all disappear for the remaining non-anime boosted six weeks, we'll still see how many more copies were sold during unranked weeks when the 2013 tally comes out.

Update on Shingeki 11 stock issue cause it seems to have gotten worse.

Amazon Japan is out of the regular edition right now. Not even saying when copies will be shipped out. (I think this is very strange.)

But special edition can still be added to cart.

It's similar at HMV which has more copies of the special edition than of the regular edition.

At least, Kinokuniya Japan doesn't seem to be having stock issues with volume 11. Also, no problems with Animate.
