I'll always remember when she came to FanimeCon and while the staff turned my friend away when he wanted to get an autograph from her during another guest's autograph session (he wasn't able to attend the day she had her session), Sanada pretended to go to the bathroom and on her way out, she signaled to my friend to follow her and signed his poster for him away from the crowd. |

I'm not trying to be a negative nancy, but the remark about Sanada continuing to work sounds like a Japanese cultural thing where women are expected to end their careers when they get married? Am I reading that right? Her defying it is something out of the norm? I can't say I know Japanese marriage customs, so that stood out for me, just as a curiosity.
