Going by the material in Bokura no Hentai, it isn't just "porn" if that is what you were thinking, though it will be overt about sexuality.

Since I quite liked Bokura no Hentai (which the author is very clear should be translated as "our metamorphosis", despite the fact that certain English-language sites give it as "our perversions"), I'm interested. She's a very slow and subtle writer and her art is great. Koi ni Tsukimono looks particularly good. I'd like to see some of her stuff in translation someday, hint to any publishers that are reading...

Nope, it's meant as "Our Metamorphosis"; the author even includes a little picture of a butterfly coming out of a cocoon to get the point across. Like most words, hentai has multiple meanings; it can mean abnormality/perversion but its primary meaning is actually transformation/metamorphosis. In this case, it's the characters' crossdressing that transforms them and allows them to move on from their issues.
