Man, what a way to celebrate the 10th Anniversary of Precure with the cast like that! Now we wait who the heck is doing the music considering there's freakin' mode changes that's dance themed (Lolipop Hip-hop anyone?)! Cool

I can't wait to hear this! Megumi Han is one of my favorites, she was so cute in Little Witch Academia and Jewelpet Happiness! And Nakajima was born to do a magical girl show! She has such a bubbly voice. Perfect casting!!

Do you mean the OP or ED or the music used during the show? During the show the composer Hiroshi Takaki has already been confirmed.

Yeah, I was referring to the background music. But, oh so they're using the Doki Doki composer again, huh.

I guess this explains why Nakajima put her singing career on hiatus and made a bold statement of concentrating on seiyuu work. That's a 1 year contract right there.

Confirmed by what source exactly? We only know the director (Nagamine Tatsuya), the lead writer (Narita) through Oricon and character designer (Masayuki Sato) through All Stars movie website.

This source hasn't ever been wrong as long as i've used it. I'm pretty sure that Takanashi is done with Precure for good now. It honestly wouldn't make sense for him to quit for one series and then come back. The new allstars movie is going to have his music but it's unlikely that any of it will be new (the majority of music used in all star movies are recycled).

Doesn't make sense for that blog to know this even though not even Japanese Precure community does. Better wait this out.

As much as the magical princess genre seems to be dead in the US at this point -- excepting some fan anticipation for the Sailor Moon relaunch (IF that ever happens really) --, I'm surprised Precure has never turned up in any domestic releases, period.

10 years already?????
And I thought Sailor Moon was stretching it getting to 5 seasons!

It's almost criminal that this generation of young female audiences here in the U.S. hasn't experienced the Pretty Cure franchise. It'll be nice to have more animated TV shows aimed at them. I mean, wouldn't young girls love to see pretty magical girls that can also physically kick a lot of butt? Though there are rumors Saban may take a stab at it.

Just curious. What exactly do you want out of Precure?

Young U.S. girls mainly prefer to watch tween girl shows though that they want to grow up as, instead of animated shows, particularly that make 'em look too frilly and not more sophisticated. It's a difference in cultures: western girls can't wait to grow up; Japanese girls want to stay young forever.

More like they are trying to get the Aikatsu audience, which is their big competitor now.
