Haven't seen this one yet. I wonder if they'd been into picking up more of those older harems from the mid-00s, like Gift: Eternal Rainbow; W: Wish; H2O: Footprints in the Sand; Wind: A Breath of Heart. They already got Yoake Mae Yori Ruriiro na: Crescent Love and ef: A Tale of Memories/Melodies a while ago
You apparently can't be a harem unless you have a colon. It's also surprising how many of these things were made before 2006, and I'm working my way through To Heart 2 now, finally, for Tama-nee. |

I find it difficult to believe the article's picture is of happinness because of the lack of jun, he is literally the poster girl of that series as he is the most memorable character by far.

well most of these are eroge/vn's adaptations not harem. That was the big craze in the mid 00's and now it's light novels. Hmm I don't even remember how this series ended let alone none of the characters aside from the trap jun. I might pick this one up if given the opportunity. |

Of course they're still harems, it's one dude surrounded by a bunch of women who can be romantic interests. That's the base definition of a harem. Even if in the games you choose each girl at a time, the anime usually can't do that and just toss them all together at once. The one time I'd let that slide is with something Amagami where all of the girls as love interests don't intersect due to the omnibus resetting nature of the series. |

I'm glad to see some of these mid 2000's shows finally getting a proper release. Maybe if this magical comedy anime moves a few units, Maiden Japan might take a flyer on Renkin 3-kyū Magical? Pokān.
