Kinda surprised Vita X/X2 didn't outsell PS3. Oh well, still kinda close.

They're very close, but the install base for the PS3 is much higher.
I haven't seen a cross buy game that sold more on the Vita than the PS3.

The appeal of playing it on the go is far greater then a rehash of a game you can already play on TV, so thats why I was thinking Vita version would sell better. Though it does seem like the majority of people who own both did end up getting it on Vita.

There are no cross buy games in Japan, but there have been cross platform games that have sold better on PSV than PS3 like Hatsune Miku Project Diva f, Sen no Kiseki, Akiba's Trip 2, etc.

That's what I meant, sorry. I'm sure there were, but usually the PS3 versions sell better, but that's as far as I recall.
