I love Midna so much, so I'm glad to see her return! I'm liking the fact that there are so many female characters finally!

On Nintendo's E3 website there's even an unknown, blue-haired girl with a large tome in hand in one of the promotional covers:

It is interesting how there have been more female fighters revealed than male ones. Heck, Link is outnumbers at LEAST three to one now.

Could be Nayru, Goddess of Wisdom. She and her sisters might be playable.

Some have wondered if Nintendo had what it takes to go up against Sony and Microsoft. This is what Nintendo excels at. While everyone is so focused on "more pixels, more resolution, how hard does this push the graphics envelope", Nintendo says, "what can we do to make a game that looks good, but more importantly is insanely fun". I would replay Nintendo's "remakes" of their old genres over and over before I spend money on the graphics first, fun second games that seem to be all that anyone cares about nowadays.
I know it sounds a lot like a rant, but I'm am so thrilled that despite everything they've gone through financially and in terms of public opinion, Nintendo manages still to make such awesome games. This is what gaming is supposed to be about after all - FUN.

Midna is unexpected, but not unwelcome. Now, as long as we can get Ruto in the game in some form that would be fantastic.

I'm use to playing as Link, only Link and doing my own thing in the game, so I don't know how I feel about this one were you can be different characters, but I will check it out as I am a HUGE LoZ fan.
