I can't wait for good-looking men in speedos, and... That's it.

I can't wait for the butthurts to flow in proclaiming that "Free!" is "reverse sexist," or that KyoAni is somehow ruined because they decided to make this show. And this is coming from somebody who doesn't even care for KyoAni much anymore. "Free!" always brings out the worst corners of anime fandom, and it's always great to fun to watch it unfold on various forums.

I'm just wondering, because I have my own sources on air times(moonphase). But why does this anime get reported on, but not all other anime that are airing during summer?

For one thing, it's strange that the word 'reverse' is thrown on there. Sexism is a two-way street.

That said, it isn't. Free is more in the spirit of shows like Kill la Kill or One Piece. It's sunny and fun, with just enough conflict to keep it interesting.

I'm really looking forward to this. C'mon, Crunchyroll! Very Happy

That said, I think FISC is enjoyable not just because of its eye candy and ho yay subtext. I think it's fun because it never takes itself too seriously. It knows how ridiculous it is and it embraces that. Plus, it has enough genre awareness to subvert or lampshade some famous friendship/sports series tropes.
Add to that the characters having a little more depth than one would expect from this sort of show, and I was very happily surprised by Free! Iwatobi Swim Club.

Less than a month away and supposedly season 2 is going to have more focus on Makoto and we'll see 'other sides' of him and that makes me incredibly excited.
Can't wait!

That is honestly the first time I've ever seen anyone refer to it as FISC instead of just Free!. It actually took me a few seconds to figure out what you were talking about, lol.
