D-Frag! Manga Volume 1 Delayed 3 Weeks in N. America

By delaying D-Frag: Vol.1 for 3 weeks, I'll be able to use around $10 for different manga title during that time.

If it has to do with the quality, how come 'I don't like you at all, Big Brother!!' manga titles wasn't delayed as their quality are bad (too dark to see)?

We've since switched to a different printer, so changes have been made.
