Ouro I believe is part of Levi's squad. Sawney and Beane are the two titans Hange experiments on, and the others are scout squad fodder

Except for Nick, who is the leader of the Wall Cult. So he's a bit more important.

Chris Smith, unless its Christoper Corey Smith, and Francis Henry look to be the only new people here. Kyle Philips and Cris George are primarily ADR Engineers and have done a lot of minor characters over the years. Looks like John Osborne has been voicing minor characters for years as well. Weaver, Mathis, Burgmeier, Haberkorn and Jewell have been around for years

I don't know why a 2nd season hasn't been announced yet. Is the anime that close to the manga or something?

Well, I'm assuming they don't want a repeat any of the major problems they ran into during the first season (stair scene [comprised of 2-3 stills during the broadcast for those who don't recall], hiring a bunch of extra key animators because they were still lacking the man power for their schedule or dealing with any other problems they had) by giving themselves a little more time. Or maybe it's because the manga only recently gotten to a good point for season 2 to end (rather than have an abrupt ending) but that would leave a long gap for the (also inevitable) season 3. Or because they want to milk this as much as possible before continuing.
