Maki's partner, the sneaky host bar owner and Hoozuki's wards.

I think I know which book they're using, but it should be fun. Miki has some really good lines when she's introduced.

I totally appreciate original visual slyle of manga/anime, it is an art. But otherwise, there is no real big-scale story, it is episodic show what severely limits viewers' level of engagement and interest.

Without a coherent story, the show is only for those who like this type of humour, which is sad: characters and visuals are worthy enough to make a story for them.

Harleyquin, do you know if original manga starts to have real story at some point or not?

Read it for yourself and find out. To each his/her own when it comes to different types of comedy anime.
