Ayaka Hirahara also sang vocal versions of 2 pieces from Spirited Away in Joe Hisaishi's 2008 concerts of music from Miyazaki anime back in 2008:

Her first single "Jupiter", a vocal version that part of Gustav Holst's "The Planets Suite", turned out to be a big hit in 2003 and 2004. Here's a link to a 2013 "10th Anniversary" concert rendition:

I really liked her "Shine", a vocal version of "Nobunaga no Yabou" main theme, written by Yoko Kanno.
