I wonder if it'll be a piecemeal show (like Danna ga Nani wo Itteiru ka Wakaranai Ken) or with full-length episodes (a la B Gata H Kei)

Yeah, if it's anything like the manga, it will have to be censored for the tv airings. As there is quite a bit of fan service & nudity throughout manga chapters I've seen(mostly due to the wife character).

Outside of BD/DVD, it's probably ATX that would give it the true fan service form that's its manga version has.
