I'm enjoying the show but I hope the second half will give others more screentime. So far, it's just Miyamori over and over.

Glad that the girl with highlights will join the cast as a regular, I loved the few scenes that she was in, particularly telling Tarou to shut up while she was driving.

I love this series' character designs so it's nice to see more of them. Looks like we get 3 new girls and one of them has already been introduced. I agree though, I'd like to see more of a focus on some of the other main girls, not that Aoi is bad, I want to learn more about the others.

I wonder how many will join Musashi spoiler[to replace those who'll quit] and how many will be "rivals"

Here's hoping the producers will try their best at giving those new characters at least a fair amount of screen time.

Shirobako has been pretty consistent in only having its female characters in the promotional stuff. It wouldn't surprise me if the super nervous male character from the interview episode will also be joining the cast along with highlights girl and glasses girl from that same episode.

Show has never connected with me. Have tried to like this one. Lack of exploration of the other characters has hurt in it my eyes. Won't be checking out the introduction of more new characters.

Shirobako has been so far my favorite show this season. I love the spirit of friendly good-fellowship among the staff and I share their joy or pain when it comes to Exodus' production. My favorite character is the enigmatic character designer and chief animation director Rinko Ogasawara. Alas, she has almost no screen time.
