the opening sequence featured on television and the one included in the packaged version will be different, with the girls featured in one portion being naked in the home video version.

It is important to reassure the fans and focusing on quelling their strongest fears Laughing Laughing

But well, at least they apologized, the Samumenco guys didn't do it and they kept their awful reclip 2nd opening during... 3, 4 episodes?

Wow, even this show's fuckups are remarkably similar to Code Geass. Nice job Sunrise!

To be honest the second opening is subpar compared to the first. You don't need naked women to realise this. Sunrise for some absurd reason simply cheaped out on the second opening. Ironically the second ending is better than the first. So who knows, maybe someone had too much Sake' during the holidays and coudn't hold a tablet straight ? Laughing

Sold extremely high on the weekly Blu-ray rankings. And I purchased a copy of the first volume. It's really good once you get past the first 3 episodes. I really love it. :3

Just 1 or 2.
Modern day audiences can't cope with nudity, lesbianism and kickassery all in one. Twisted Evil

Indeed. Once you actually get past the first 3 episodes, the series is actually fairly decent.

When you guys say that it's doing well in Japan, you mean the first volume. I should remind you guys that that volume came with one heck of an event ticket. So its possible that it'll drop quite a bit in coming volumes. Wink

It doesn't come WITH an event ticket, it comes with an application to enter a lottery to apply to pay for an event ticket. Also, volume two which comes with no ticket is currently #75 in the overall Japanese Amazon store for DVDs, and number 17 for anime blu-rays. This is just Amazon.

Someone get´s is. Ange is the most noteworthy failure in execution in years.
I read this: *6,530 *1 Cross Ange [BD+DVD]: 2014/12/24
So 10k will be reached but nothing more. Can i have a better number source dear math wizards.
I need it for science. Thank you.
Secondly how could the show support a full second season ? It is that kind of series that derails careers it seems but public interest in the shows fascinating missteps is there. Just look at me.
The actual anime. Awful. The conversation around it and the behind the scene stuff priceless. The 2nd manga is now scanlated by 4chan. Lol. On the one hand big parts of the internet hate it (it is now nearly forbidden in the 4chan yuri thread and it´s wiki article is borderline semi-protected) and refuse to cover it but ANN know that it gives click so now misshapen openings are used as news. See what i mean ? So Brain Powered is now not possible at midnight today. I learn so much thanks to Fukuda. So maybe don´t watch it(i certainly ain't) but read a blog about it. It is a ride of a lifetime after all.
Edit:Don´t forget. Gundam the Origin is on the way. Meanwhile at sunrise and all.

That was totally unfortunate that the snafu slipped past the quality check somehow. At least the viewers can relax a bit now knowing that the problem will be fixed when the show is on home video.

Nah, I'm sure they would be able to find a way to fix it by episode 14 or 15 at worst.
