I'm actually thinking about getting the novels for these. Looks good thought in regards with their premise.

It just occurred to me that I finally realize why Genocidal Organ is getting the Hollywood treatment.

Regardless how the anime adaptations turn out, his two books are great Japanese SF. Definitely give them a read (especially when it's all on Kindle and in English now...)

Sigh…no "faithful" adaptation of redjuice designs still—but that said, the character designs still look quite good in their own right. I'm glad to see that the films have apparently been blessed with handsome budgets and design aesthetics. Pairing that with the drool-worthy staff listings, their plots, and their statuses as anniversary projects (which tend to fare pretty well spoiler[(if they are not a studio's… Razz )], these films may (hopefully) prove as promising as they project themselves to be.
