I couldn't find details of the exhibition on the Tokyo Science Museum web site: http://www.jsf.or.jp/eng/

Is that the museum holding the exhibition?

There are so many museums in Tokyo that one needs to be really specific as to which one is being referred to.

Yes that is the museum holding the exhibition, although the Japanese website doesn't seem to have any information yet either. But yes, even though the Japanese name for the museum (科学技術館) technically means Science and Technology Museum, the official English name is just "Science Museum."

The Facebook page Mohawk52 also linked to just calls it the "Tokyo Science Museum" as well. There's sadly no way to be more specific here.

First paragraph refers to it as "Miracle Mirai" rather than "Magical Mirai", as a note.
