It's good that it's coming back for an ova but my question is does it have enough material at this point to warrant another 24-26 episode season? Because I thought it was pretty good minus the ever annoying "this is our fight senpai" nonsense like what the other guy said

Well, they adapted 6 of the novels for the first season, and it got its 12th installment last month, so probably yes, if they wanted to.

Edit: Also, I still can't get over the novels being written by the same man who wrote the Dantalian novels. Asura Cryin', sure, but Dantalian? Broke the mold a bit there.

Wasn't a great series, but I always liked it and it did have excellent female character designs. I look forward to seeing more animated.

ahh OK I get that so another question would be what was the disc sales since I also heard they determine whether a show gets green lit for a second season oh and the merchandize sales I think takes a part in it too

Yes, they are practically the exact same thing. Although, Campione feels equally as painfully unoriginal as Strike the Blood, although, for some reason I enjoyed Strike the Blood for what it was, while I absolutely hated Campione.

Though, if what I read online is true, don't really like the sound of the future we got a peak at in the last episode of the TV series. I just don't like the idea of spoiler[Koujou having a daughter with (almost?) every member of the harem.]. Unsure if that is true.

I dislike spoiler[harem endings]. Just seem so empty to me.

But, as this is an original story, just hope it avoids anything to do with that.

I've sort of been hoping for a 2nd season, but I guess this is better than nothing. And I agree with Key, the female character designs are really nice. Very attractive. Cool
